* Surveys can be conducted on-site or by post. The benefit of using an outside consultant for these types of surveys is the guarantee of impartiality and confidentiality which can be offered to the respondent, thereby ensuring the results are more accurate and reliable. This is reinforced when the responses are sent to an address not associated with the Company.
