Brendan has held a range of posts including;
- Advice and Training Consultant with the Equality Commission (and its predecessors) in Northern Ireland for thirteen years.
- HR and Training Manager with a medium sized private sector company based in GB, RoI, and NI.
- Organisation and Methods Analyst.
Brendan has extensive equality / diversity training and diversity audit experience in both the public and private sectors in Ireland (north and south) and Great Britain.
He is probably Ireland and Britain’s most prolific equality and diversity trainer having trained over 35,000 people on all aspects of equality/diversity including all gender related issues, race and ethnic origin, religion and political opinion, disability and sexual orientation.
Training has been carried out in RoI, GB and NI and covers the legislation in each jurisdiction. Brendan is particularly popular because his training delivery brings the subjects to life and in doing so he makes them relevant and understandable to all members of the workforce. This is important if equality initiatives such as the creation of a supportive working environment and anti-harassment initiatives are to be achieved.

Jim has extensive HR, training and equality audit experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Britain. His HR and Equality knowledge is extensive and has been gained over many years in different fields. This provides him with the best possible experience to assist other businesses meet the demands of today’s employment laws and best practice.
He also has extensive training experience and is in great demand due to his practical and informative approach to training.
